Robdotcom71 Posted July 23, 2014 Posted July 23, 2014 Just saw a story on TEN News Adelaide about this crash. It seems as though some of the maintenance records are missing and that there were modifications or repairs done that weren't up to standard or meeting the manufacturers requirements...
