Looks very similar to a set up I saw that was used to check the stealth qualities ie put up on the stand and hit with radar. Can't remember where I saw it?? Maybe on a doco not sure:dizzy:

I though that they used an RF anechoic chamber for stealth testing......maybe a pole was cheaper.

It was a doc'o on Area 51 and the radar testing that they where conducting on the SR71
