facthunter Posted May 6, 2013 Posted May 6, 2013 Composite prop won't give a lot of gyro. Weight, diameter of the heavy parts and RPM are what counts. Plenty of T/Ds have not a lot of Vis forward till the tail is up. Tailwheel suits the concept of the plane. Nev

facthunter Posted May 6, 2013 Posted May 6, 2013 It IS a longish nose and that is not a particular advantage as far as I can see. Obviously it would be tail heavy with the rotax UNLESS it was that long. Nev
