P_Thomas Posted January 20, 2013 Posted January 20, 2013 Hi All, Another newbie here. I'm currently living in Switzerland, but originally from Melbourne. I've got quite a few friends in the industry, but never actually made the move to getting my license myself & finally decided to finally take the plunge. At the moment I've only got about an hour on the clock (training in a Katana DV 20) and we're fairly snowed in, so it's just all just ground work for now. But, come spring/ summer I'm hoping to get into full swing. Definitely looking forward to that first solo... Any beginner tips are always welcome Cheers!
Deskpilot Posted January 21, 2013 Posted January 21, 2013 You lucky bugger. Haven't been to Switzerland since I was a kid. Interlaken. Did the Jungfrau Glacier and the Eiger thing. What fabulous scenery to fly amongst. Just watch those eddies but.
