Instructing flying is one of the most challenging jobs around. Many people who are good at it move on to "supposedly" better things, like being stuck behind a locked cockpit door for hours and hours unable to have kids by the hundreds ( not all at once) up there, scared of flight passengers seeking assurance that all is well. In other words, human contact., and communication. Things of the past , never to return, in the bigger aviation scene.

 

Don't measure it by the money that is supposed to be there Andy as whatever you get, you will spend on things that you think you want and doing things that you think you want to do, like maybe what you are doing now, but perhaps grow it a little. I'm not sure you would like to work under someone you didn't fully respect either. Nev
