Contemplating syndicate

I am currently looking at options for purchasing a classic aircraft. One idea I had was to set up a small (2-4 people) syndicate depending on value of aircraft to share some of the fixed costs ! Something along the lines of a Cessna Bird Dog or other 40s-50s taildragger. Would be based SW of Sydney.

Have always wanted to own a Cessna Bird Dog and had to settle for an L4 Piper Cub.

 

I now have two dilemas.....do I move to NSW and join the syndicate or do I move to Victoria so that I can vote Ian back on the board of Raaus.
