Phantom brakes

I have this kit with the exception of the calipers and the long mounting bolt. Are there bicycle calipers that would fit this? Can I get the bolt at a hardware store?

Better to get aircraft quality bolts; if a bolt shears and you lock up one side you finish up in a ground loop and maybe a flip-over
