IF you are smart, study a lot of YouTube videos that are now out there AND have a decent paddock and others surrounding your take off and landing location.

Look at wind conditions, with a few bunny hops and NO Instructor, you have a very good chance to teach yourself to fly an Ultralight and do it well, with careful practice.
The way our sector of Aviation is going, I don’t blame anyone for giving it a go, in our current

declining regulatory environment, sad but true 🤢🤢

I agree. At the end of the day it’s your life as well. As long as you don’t hurt other people, which would not be fair at all. But yeah. I see a lot of YouTube videos in America of people doing just that and people ripping on them in the comments and I’m like it’s their life let them live and let live.

What about your xair griff. Do you still have it.

Yeah, I still have it. Haven’t done much with it except start the engine but yeah, I still have it. Trying to be sensible at the moment. How’s our other friend? Does he have my old one still? What about yours? Did you finally get to do stuff with it?

  3. Hey guys. Hey Jack. I am totally behind this project if it comes to fruition. It looks like it may have died off, so hopefully if there is another topic pertaining to this somebody can point me in the right direction. But I am definitely all for this. As somebody who is completely blind, but loves aviation, a non-pilot at this time, I think that this would give people like me quite a lot of freedom. Assuming that we did it in a Safeway that didn’t impede on anyone else’s safety. However, we would probably have to bring the maximum of seats from one seat to 2 seats as I would need somebody with me. Somebody cited who could read gauges look out windows and tell me where I am and stuff.
