Microair transponder issues

Does anyone out there have a Microair T2000SFL transponder Rev.7? If so can you tell me if your over and undervoltage alarm works ie when you set a value does it "save" that value?

 

Mine won't save the values and Microair is saying that they have deleted that function but all their advertising and user manual still says that function exists so you are actually getting less for your money. I always thought with electronics you usually get more with later models not less.

If Microair say its gone then they have a reason. Most likely it was not good.
