Jabiru SK 85 HP engine - Weight and Balance

Hi there fellow aviators,

 

Just wondering. According to weight and balance, my aircraft is 270 Kg empty. Maximum MTOW is 430kg. With full tank, and my 70Kg, I have approx 55kg for passenger.

 

I heard somewhere that SK airframe is certified to 450Kg in australia. Is that so? Are there any mods required ?
