any airstrips near Kurri Kurri

Can any one tell me if there are any airstrips closer to Kurri Kurri than Cessnock airport?? I am planning to take someone up to the mine (I think he said) at Kurri Kurri.

Kurri Kurri half way between Maitland and Cessnock ( drive time, my guess) and I don't think you have any other landing options. Where exactly do you want to go? and once on the ground how do you intend to continue your journey?

Thanks for the info. I think his destiation is a mine at or near Kurri Kurri. I guess he will get someone from the company to pick us up. I haven't sorted the detail yet.
