Guest Maj Millard Posted October 1, 2009 Posted October 1, 2009 Somebody of authority told me it was simply an in-house way of identifying somebody with more than 150 hours TT, IE: not a student anymore. So maybe it should be changed to 'made it this far without crashing' endorsement' ??.
