is there anyone left doing float plane endorsements in oz?

Im pretty sure Eugene Reid does? He does have a float plane, and when he was teaching at tooradin he said i could then, that was 7 or so months ago??? His company is freedom flight. But you would need to go to Tazie to do it... Other that that contacts RAAUS office for details on who does it!
