Hangar Costs and Availability around Melbourne

I might be needing a hangar soon and was interested in what may be available around Melbourne... can anyone advise costs and any availability they might be aware of? Contact details would be good as well - here or via PM

Tyabb has a new development ready to go, ( think the survey is now complete) all up somewhere around $4Kpa all in. Membership accsess fees & hangarage (you have to be a member as he Club owns the field), the hangars are generally privately owned.24 hr avgas, sealed taxiways 1000mtr sealed strip,PAL. L2 & Lames on site an a damn good social club. There is the odd vacancy comes up within the existing hangar structure but they go very quickly.:thumb_up:
