Site connection problems?

This morning i had some problems getting the site to come up. i just kept getting

 

'can't make connection to site' this was about 7am. no problems when i got to work tho. anyone else have this problem?

 

just asking cause because 'Marvin the PC' has been screwing with me for the past few days and has needed to be reminded he lives on the second floor.
