Hello to all! I am a retired aviator (helo and fixed wing) and having survived for 40 years in aviation stumbled across these pages and could not help myself, so I dropped on in; and what a great place to be!

I recently joined these pages too, but unlike you and your experience I only recently have my pilots certificate. I have found fellow bodies on this site to be extremely helpful and fun to chat with... I am learning lots!!!

Hi Bernie, :welcome:to the forums.

 

You must have flown a few types in forty years (Helos and others). Did you do most of your flying in the Charters Towers region?
