compsci Posted May 31, 2009 Posted May 31, 2009 Has anyone looked into adding toe-brakes for the J230 or talked to Jabiru about their including toe-brakes as an option? It appears to me that they have most of the mechanism for hydraulic brakes and just need to add units to each rudder petal.
Guest brentc Posted May 31, 2009 Posted May 31, 2009 They used to have them for the tail dragger but they haven't been making those for a fair while now. I wouldn't think it would be something that you would just 'fit' in there easily.
compsci Posted June 1, 2009 Author Posted June 1, 2009 I believe that there is room for the replacement petals, hydraulic units, etc. Other LSA aircraft with the same space limitations and the RV6 have them.
