For those that are interested the Royal Victorian Aero Club at Moorabbin has just taken delivery of 2 x GA registered Sport Stars.

do you know if they are actually certified VH rego or LSA in VH rego?

I beleive LSA, but I'm yet to confirm as it's hard to tell ultimately... It's probably on their website - I'm yet to look.

 

It won't matter in the end because apparently once everyone who is a member of the RVAC does 5 hours on type, they will be automatically a licenced RA-Aus certificate holder when they pay their $132 membership. Seems they are doing this in a way to somehow cut costs. They are on-line there with a private owner who also supplies a Cirrus SR20.
