Flying Bug

Hello All

 

 

 

We all have the flying bug here. My son (Pete) and I, my brother in law (Ken), my sister in law (Leisel) and her husband (Paul) all fly from our little strip at Fig Tree Creek.

 

New to flying and loving it, I would like to thank Dave Keough, my instructor for being patient and supportive.

 

Thank you to Beetle (Leisel) who encouraged me to build the strip and learn to fly.

 

Thanks also to Frank Arri who is a legend in these parts. He generously allowed much of our training to occur on his strip.It is hard to imagine a prettier location than Frank's, Queensland's highest mountains on one side, the meeting of two rivers and the coast on the other.

Good onya Mark and to the forum,I`m sure you`ll be an asset and thanks for the kind words.

 

To those who don`t know Mark,not only is he a good Trike pilot ,he`s also a damn good fisherman,this is what he caught on our fishing trip together,last weekend.
