Passengers and Asic Card

If I take a friend for a trip and land at a RPT airport do thay have to have a Asic card?

Geoff, my understanding is that as long as they are escorted by an ASIC holder then that is ok

A person who is not an ASIC holder and has a valid requirement to be in a secure area but be in the company of an ASIC holder.

 

Note that they must both have a valid requirement to be in the secure area.
