So with the dearth of hangar space around Melbourne in mind, What does it cost to build a 3 or 4 place hangar? Nothing fancy, just walls and roof, say for two low wing and two high wing aeroplanes, or any combination of these.... Maybe tarmac floor to boot.....Anybody have any idea? What about ground rent or lease costs. One at Lilydale would be nice.................Suggestions anyone?

I have it on very good authority that tooradin has aproval for a 100 aircraft hangar.....just waiting for a few formalities before they begin construction......might be cheaper than building ure own!!!

Lilydale is going to construct two new hangars, probably next year. Unfortunately they don't allow construction of private hangars. Apparently, Coldstream has no room for more hangars.
