New Engine HP and Thrust

Many people CLAIM kazillion hp and tons of thrust without any good data. A new engine can be run like it should to break in and show how much HP accurately and cheaply. Were talking about hi-tech things like bathroom scales here. Just search the web for (corvair) and you will find some one that made an accurate dyno on a simple two wheeled trailer.
