Just landed (almost vertical)

Hi All

 

I am a very low hours gyro pilot (MT 03) operating from my own strip in the hills west of Taree NSW.

 

Background in UK flying a Thruster and have some trike experience.

Welcome Joe!.. I also have ultralights and hang-gliding / trike experience (currently Jabiru)... but have no desire to climb into a gyro... They don't look as they should be able to fly to me i_dunno

 

But enjoy yours - and these Forums...

Thanks for reply and offer

 

My strips (08/26 & 14/32) are only 300mt with power lines, tall trees, slopes and changeable wind direction from adjacent hills, so you can see why I have a gyro.

 

However there are lots of strips in the area capable of taking the Jabiru - glad to see you some time
