Hi everyone,

I've been seriously thinking about changing work fields after several years in my current career. While I've gained valuable experience, I don't feel as motivated as I used to, and I'm interested in moving into a field with more opportunities for growth and creativity.

For those of you who've successfully switched careers, how did you decide what to pursue? Did you go back to school, take online courses, earn certifications, or build a portfolio before applying for jobs?

I'd also love to hear how you balanced learning new skills while working full-time and what you'd do differently if you were starting over.
