Can't upload files using Vista

I was using a computer whose operating system was Vista. I tried to upload some pictures to go with my posts, but always got the message: "Upload Failed".

 

I got anothe computer which runs XP. Pictures were uploaded in a trice.

 

Once again, Vista sucks.

Check any third party software (anti-virus, tec) which may be blocking outbound traffic. Try disabling it and see if it fixes it.

Never had any issues here so perhaps it isn't Vista?
