Price for the ICP Savannah VG?

Hi, I am new to the world of aviation and stumbled on the opportunity to buy a 2008 or 2009 Savannah VG with the rotax 912uls 100hp. The engine has around 300hours on it and the aircraft comes with full lotus floats and wheels, I have to do the rubber overhaul soon. I have to import it and pay for the fees that comes with that. annual etc..

 

So I wonder what I decent price would be for an aircraft like that. The owner is asking 17700euro for me it sounds fair but since it is a big investment I thought id ask you guys also!

If you check out AFORs UK you will see Savannahs have been selling at around the £17000-22000 mark. So I would say that is a fair price.  Are you planning to leave it on floats...?

Thank you, yes I live by a lake so I will probably leave them on. Do you have any experience with full lotus floats?
