Recommended stops for brunch central Illinois

I’m going to be flying cross country in the next month or two from northern Minnesota to Tennessee and would love advice for a place to stop for brunch in central or southern Illinois. 
 

Another option, I could fly the Chicago skyline VFR flyway and stop in Indiana.
