Can anyone ID this for a model number etc

Appears to be a Mid-Continent MD 41-428 for a garmin gps 155/165

Thanks heaps , mine was not working , I have learnt that if it’s disconnected it needs to be rearmed, I am yet to find out how to do that, thanks again
