Hi everyone. I have a doubt regarding the privileges of a RPL over RPC. If one was to have a RPL with CASA, and decided not to keep his RAAus membership, would he be limited to flying ony GA registered aircraft, or would he be able to fly RAAus as well as a GA registered aircraft?

Thanks for your input :)

No RAAus membership means no flying RAAus aircraft regardless of other pilot qualifications.

I thought so. Makes sense.

If your Jabiru was re-registered as a GA aircraft, you'd be able to fly it under the GA rules as a GA pilot.

The only issue with registering the Jabiru as GA is, that it may reduce the resale value or chances of getting a buyer, as most pilots looking for a Jabiru are RAAus members. It may not be possible to change the registration back to RA Aus.
