How do I remember when to change frequencies?

That's an issue I'd like clarified, Ryanm. While I haven't noticed mine drop out in remote areas, I have seen a mate's OzRunways icon disappear while I was watching him cross some Yowie country. I thought the worst, but he reappeared a few km further on, presumably when he re-entered mobile coverage.

Went out to Lake Eyre last year, as a navigator ozrunways was flawless. Out of mobile coverage you won't show as traffic. Optus only at William Creek, but at all other airports we had traffic.
