No Airfields?

I have been reading about AVMAP updates and airfields. I just got a reply from "sopporto technico" (..I was inquiring about doing my first free update ) AvMAP say that there are NO airfields available for Australia. There ARE working on it , but don't hold your breath. I have read in this forum that these unlicenced airfields are available as an update..? What is the truth of the matter...Does anybody know FOR CERTAIN....I really really would like them on my Avmap...If fact I consider them mandatory...Geoff
