Dyson skyview looses internal battery voltage

when I turn off the master switch of the savannah s off the Dyson displayed drops to zero and shuts down. Testing the external Dyson supply battery (SV320 Dyson backup battery) it shows 12.2 before switching off the main master switch. When the Dyson then drops to zero volts I check the backup battery and it’s 12.1 volts. I’ve ordered another SV320 but does the Dyson have a further internal battery. Thanks in advance for comments.
