Ultralight design

Hi--- I'm a retired product engineer who hasn't flown much for many years now. Ultralights seem to be my best hope of getting back in the air, and I have several designs developed to varying degrees in my 3-D CAD program (TurboCAD). Several are complete to the point that I could start making parts. The focus has been on simplicity, like no welding or complex machining. Picture is of one design I'm now reworking to lighten it. ---Paul
