I found these, supposed to be LiFe but no indication of this on the packaging or unit itself

They have a few sizes inc one with Aircompressor

 

The connector into unit is a std RC unit and a longer lead with Andersen plug would work great for jump starting aircraft

 

Not sure if carrying in aircraft is a good idea or not
