Virgin blue fly's new Ebraer E-170

Catching a virgin flight out of Rocky yesterday I thought it looked too small to be a 737 ..... A very no frills jet that performs very well. And climbs like the proverbial Home sick angel. But did seem to have a little more seat room then their 737's

Yes mate ... That would be a Embraer EMB170 . We will be seeing a lot more of these jets around as Virgin Blue take delivery throughout the coming year of a number of them . I believe they also have the larger EMB 180 on order too ..
