Ticket and signalman on a local train here fell asleep and missed a red signal causing the train to crash and a few people died.

 

The Prosecution took him to Court and got the death penalty by electric chair.

 

They stuck him in the chair at midnight, pulled the switch and 'crackle, bang, crackle', sparks everywhere but the guy came through unscathed.

 

I guess it's because he was a bad conductor.
