Thruster87 Posted November 8, 2007 Posted November 8, 2007 Lycoming has issued a mandatory SB 578 on 21 Sep 2007. Lycoming has determined that a quantity of cylinder kits may have been shipped with incorrect cylinder assemblies between June and August 2007.
