Outcome of AGM - Constition

Hi all

 

Re - RAAUS Special General Meeting.

 

Yesterday the 14th of May marked the AGM and I wondering if a member who attended could give an update - in particular in the constitution changes proposed and results of the vote.

 

In particular item 7 on the Agenda.

 

A number of members at our airport had forwarded Proxy votes on the item 7 which looked at the Constitution and changes under the Corporations Act of 2001.

 

Thanks for any update on if this item 7 was passed.

 

I appreciate there may be reference elsewhere in Threads to both the AGM and Constitution, but I thought a Thread on this actual meeting was timely.
