slartibartfast Posted October 8, 2007 Posted October 8, 2007 On a recent VB flight, the head FA was giving the safety talk and got to the bit about smoking. She said, "Smoking is prohibited anywhere in this aircraft, and there are smoke detectors in the toilets. If you are caught smoking you will be asked to step out onto the wing and think about what you have done." Cracked us up. It's nice when they don't take it all too seriously.
Bigglesworth Posted October 9, 2007 Posted October 9, 2007 My plane will have a smoking section: on the right wing. Complaints department on the left wing.
Ben Longden Posted October 9, 2007 Posted October 9, 2007 An FA with a sense of humour will always make or break a flight - just like the captains comments.. Ben
