Hangar Rental at Tyabb/Tooradin/Coldstream etc

Hi Everyone,

 

Just getting back into flying after a family-budget induced hiatus (5 kids will do that ).

 

I am in the process of purchasing a small 2 or 4 seat single engine aircraft and was wondering if anyone can give me an idea of both the hangar rental for an aircraft at Tyabb, Tooradin or Coldstream and what the current availability is like.

I was told recently that the going rate at Tyabb is about $5K pa plus airfield access fee of about $300 and that there were spots available.

around eighty bucks a week at Tooraddin if there are any spaces...Lilydale too was about the same

Coldstream is less...perhaps PM Metalman because he is based there and I think he even has a hangar.
