Advanced pilot award and other endo's

Hey guys just wondering if someone can explain the details as to whats involved in the "advanced pilot award" endorcment? as I can't seem to find any details? this was recommended a while back from a S.I.

 

but the ops manual is vague of details..

You have read all 5 pages of the Advanced Pilot Award syllabus (Section 3.04 - 39 of the Operations manual) ?
