Guest DWB Posted March 6, 2012 Posted March 6, 2012 Got to give credit to RAAus HQ. Renewed membership/certificate last Friday online on their website. Faxed the medical declaration same day. Received my new certificate in the mail this morning (Wednesday). Well done.

dazza 38 Posted March 7, 2012 Posted March 7, 2012 Same here, I have never had a problem with there service.The girls in there have been very helpful. (Also they should delay anything that a member wants if they abuse the staff on the phone).I always fax my stuff to them, like medicals as well Dex.
