My intro

I have finally got round to my introduction.

 

My interests lie mainly in Australian Civil and military history. I wouls say I have had a keen interest in Aviation for over thirty years and it started out of curiousity and a visit to the Edinburgh airshow in 1979.

 

This has led to a keen interest in museums and airfields in Australia and my younger brother and I are steadily building up a library of home movie DVD and photographs over this timespan via visits to ADF airshows, Avalon. and other various events.

 

My visits have taken me to the USA twice with highlight visits to Oshkosh and a Concorde joyflight on G-BOAA amongst others and all in all I have flown on with makes and models considerd over 50 types of aircraft.

 

With that teaser it's nice to share my enthusiasm and interest with like minded people.
