This is well worth a read and I think warrants discussion here. It further supports calls for RAAus to become pro-active in the dissemination of incident and accident reports.

 

I for one would really like to see a comprehensive effort to study, collate and extend findings of all accidents by RAAus.

 

Without this - where do we focus our flight reviews and subsequent recurrent training?
