CASA ASIC fees INCREASING!

Anyone tried asking their RA-Aus Board Rep what they are doing to get rid of ASIC? If you don't ask they probably won't do anything.

Just received the scale of fees from CASA for the issue / renewal of an ASIC / AVIDhttp://casa.gov.au/scripts/nc.dll?WCMS:STANDARD::pc=PC_101324

 

I guess ALL issueing authorities will now follow.

 

I hope the current petition re ASIC's gets over the line.

mentions that they want to reduce red tape. We should lobby for this via use of a pilot's licence as an alternative to an ASIC card.
