What's flying low and fast around Deception Bay/Mango Hill?

I heard (and saw) a plane that fits your description, that flew overhead at school today, between 11:20 and 1:30 pm. It looked like a low wing and was pretty fast. I'm in Tassie though so I doubt it's related. Tom
