If it's RA-Aus registered, then yes.

 

Not sure about HGFA.

That's why I put the question in this section as it comes under the HGFA. I was asked by someone interested in buying a used trike as to the TBO.So it appears that the RAA ops manual may be changed to include "on Condition" Cheers

I think the HGFA manual has a statement referring to the manufacturers maintenance schedule. So I guess that makes the answer yes

Confirm John's reply. HGFA Manual states aircraft maintenance must be iaw manufacturer's Maintenance Schedule. It also states, where W/M is used for training, any maintenance requiring component removal/replacement must be conducted by A/C manufacturer or their accredited service agent.
