One suggested alternative which some have gone to over here, are the blue colored suspension rubbers sourced from automotive suspension shops, and now some auto parts stores. You will need to be carefull selecting bushes of the correct softness ( for want of a better term). Some airframe cracking in the past was attributed to engine bushes that were too rigid.
