68volksy Posted October 13, 2012 Posted October 13, 2012 My current line of thinking is a community title subdivision with a detailed governing document. Every landholder gets a say in how things are run with a limit on amount of votes/land for each landholder all established with a clear and simple purpose in mind (such as maintenance of two cross strips for the use of light aircraft). We are only 1 hour from Canberra where there are a lot of ultralight/light aircraft owners.
