Guest john Posted September 16, 2012 Posted September 16, 2012 2 drunks were staggering through the town in the early hours of the morning, & were stopped by the local Police patrol. The Policeman asked the first drunk his name & address. He replied "My name is Philip Morris & I have no fixed address". The Policeman then asked the second drunk his name & address, & he replied " My name is Peter Styvesant & I live in the flat above Philip Morris."
